During our tests, we reached an agent within 2 to 5 minutes. The answers were clear and to-the-point. For simple questions (about bonuses, deposits), help was immediately available. For complex questions (about verification, withdrawal issues), we were referred to a specialist.
The chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During our nighttime tests (around 3:00 AM), response times were comparable to daytime. Agents communicated in English. When we asked if Dutch was available, we received a negative answer.
